LDAP platform outage

We're currently experiencing some problems with both of our LDAP servers in Maastricht, probably due to a software bug. This caused downtime for services which depend upon authentication:

• FTP access
• Virtual Hosting
• Several IMAP and POP3 accounts

Unfortunately, while trying to solve the problem, a DNS replication was aborted around 9:15, resulting in an outage of about 10 minutes for large parts our DNS infrastructure.

Both LDAP servers are stable again, but we will continue monitoring the situation.

Shared hosting server outage in Maastricht

The last remaining shared hosting server of the old Shared Hosting platform currently is experiencing software issues. We're investigating the problem and trying to solve the issue as soon as possible.

The problem has been identified as a storage switch issue. The remaining clients of the old hosting platform have been migrated to the new platform and are currently being informed.

Current or upcomming maintenance

DNS migration

Progressix will migrate b.ns.progressix.net from the current location in Amsterdam to Maastricht. As a result of this migration, the IP number will change shortly from 193.27.65.206 to 193.227.121.1.

Progressix will contact all customers that could be affected by this minor change.
